1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules
website and the money-back option was presented to you during checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:You contact us via email at phillip@hypesprint.com. within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; andYou have followed the plan for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase; andYou are able to demonstrate that you have actually followed the plan by providing screenshots from the platform.Important StatementPlease note that only fulfillment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a full voluntary refund under the “Money-Back Guarantee.” For clarity, this “Money-Back Guarantee” does not apply to the following cases:Personal reasons: (e.g., you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.);Financial reasons: (e.g., you did not expect to be charged, that the trial would convert into a subscription, that the subscription would automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.).
2. General Refund Rules
Generally, if you do not meet the conditions set out above, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.Note for residents of certain U.S. states: If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.Note for EU residents: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of the agreement conclusion.The withdrawal right does not apply if:The performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent; andYou have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you.By providing your express consent and acknowledgment, you agree that you are not eligible for a refund unless the digital content is defective.
Subscription Cancellation
Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period. Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on the App Store:You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period. You alone can manage your subscriptions. You alone can manage your subscriptions.
